Z& Z International School — Notes & Reminders
- Make-up Days: In the event of school closures due to weather or national announcements, official make-up days will be scheduled and communicated in advance.
- Assessment Week: All students must arrive on time and wear complete school uniforms. Absences must be supported by a valid excuse.
- Parent-Teacher Conferences: Scheduled meetings will be announced per term. Your attendance is important for student progress tracking.
- Report Card Release: Report cards will be released only to parents or legal guardians on the assigned dates.
- Field Trips and Activities: Written consent from parents/guardians is required for all out-of-campus trips or special activities.
- Health and Safety: Students showing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough) must remain at home. Temperature checks may be conducted at the gate.
- Official Announcements: All updates will be posted on the parent bulletin board, sent via SMS, and/or shared through the school’s official Facebook page.
- Uniform and Materials: Proper school uniform and required materials must be brought daily unless a special announcement is made.
- Tuition and Fees: Payment deadlines must be observed to avoid delays in report card release or participation in activities.
